  1. Who do you sell to?
    We sell to manufactures big or small.
    Also home based businesses.
  2. How do I order and get prices?
    Since we are wholesalers we do not offer an online shopping cart. Prices are based on quantity ordered. You are invited to message us using the e-mail box on the bottom of this page. You may also call us at 1-800-361-8916 ext. 107 for Canada and 112 for the United States.
  3. What is your minimum order?
    Minimum order required is either
    In Canada 10 meters (1 cut)
    In USA 10 yards (1 cut)
  4. Where do you ship from?
    For Canada based customers we ship from Montreal.
    For US customers we ship from Champlain NY.
  5. What is your shipping transit time
    We try our best to ship within 1 to 2 days upon receipt of order. Most of the time is in the transport not the preparation.
  6. Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes we accept Visa, Master Card
  7. What is your return policy?
    We asked that you inspect your goods before cutting. If it is determined there is a problem we will arrange for a pick up and replace goods or give full credit.
