  2. How do I order and get prices?

  3. What is your minimum order?

    Minimum order required is either
    In Canada 10 meters
    In USA 10 yards


  4. Where do you ship from?

    For Canada based customers we ship from Montreal.
    For US customers we ship from Champlain NY.


  5. Do I get hang tags and sew in labels?

    Yes, for a certain number of fabrics we supply free of charge hang tags, sew-in-labels and zipper toggles . We give 1 per yard or per meter of fabric. Do not hesitate to ask for them.


  6. Do your goods fall under the North American Free Trade agreement (NAFTA)?

    Yes most are Nafta friendly.


  7. What is your shipping time?

    We try our best to ship within 1 to 2 days upon receipt of order.


  8. Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.


  9. What is your return policy?

    We asked that you inspect your goods before cutting. If it is determined there is a problem we will arrange for a pick up and replace goods or give full credit.

For Clearances:
If not completely satisfied you can return the entire piece but at your own cost of freight.
